We understand that sometimes what you order, is not exactly what you want, once you receive it. You thought it was the right color, and it just isn't.
Also, we too make mistakes sometimes... sending out incorrect items. YIKES!
We can accept returns of unopened, unused, untested items for exchange or an in-store credit. Return postage will not be credited.
Contact our Customer Service department (customerservice@urbanchic-boutique.com) to obtain a RA# for the return.
Return the item with the RA# clearly marked on the outside packaging.
Returns are eligible for exchange or in-store credit only.
