We ship with USPS, as it is the most economical method. An email is sent to you when your goodies are shipped, so you know when to expect them! Express delivery is available, at an additional cost. Please email us for information.

Based on the nature of the products we sell, we can not offer refunds on opened and/or used products. If the product has not been opened, a return may be possible. Please email us to let us know the situation! Also, some items may become damaged during shipment. If this occurs, please let us know at once! We make every effort to provide the ultimate in customer service and customer satisfaction. Not to worry... we will make it right!

~Will you send something as a gift?~

~What are your turn around times for orders?~
We know what it is like to shop online, then wait and wait for your goodies to arrive. We will ship your goodies to you within 2 days, dependent on our stock levels. If there is going to be a delay in your order, we will email and let you know!
